For The Bosses and The Employees

Children think that being a grown up is fun.  In some aspects, it is.  Being a responsible and independent grown up can be fun because they know how to set their goals and what to do to achieve them.  And in being able to have one’s own money either through bi-monthly or monthly salary or through business profit, they can go to places they dreamed of going.  They can buy the things they want.  And they can even treat their families on out-of-town trips.

When all these things may sound really fun, there is always another side to it.  As the cliché goes, the coin has two sides.  To be able to have all these money, these grown-ups would have to work really hard, meet their quotas and deadlines, or make well in their business.  Being an employee and a boss are both stressful jobs.  The employees would have to meet the demands of the boss, bear with the mood swings of the boss, and be submissive, understanding, and patient in dealing with the boss.  On the other hand, the boss is the mind of the business.  He would always need to come up with something new not only for the business, but for the benefits and bonuses of the employees as well.  With these said, it does not mean that the employees and the bosses cannot have the privilege to relax once in a while.  While going to a spa may mean time away from the home or the office, bringing the spa in the office is now as easy as a phone call away.  Taking that ten-minute break while seated on a chair and having that relaxing massage is now possible. Office massage can help employees and bosses ease the tension of the demands of their jobs.  The soothing massage can recharge the employees’ stressed minds and aching shoulders as they seat whole day in front of the computer researching and making their reports.  The bosses’ minds will not only be refreshed after a half hour office massage, but their tempers as well.

What can be a more fun working place to go to than to have a relaxed and happy boss?

The 10 Minute Trainer is For Everyone, Not Just Ultra Busy People

While the 10 minute trainer by Tony Horton is bound to help even the busiest individuals get into shape, it is an ideal home workout program for people who have plenty of free time. There are plenty of people, myself included, who simply don’t have the patience for hour-long workout sessions. By the first 20 minutes of my exercise routine, the phone is ringing, the kids are pulling things out of the closets, and someone is knocking on my front door.

I love the idea of being able to tone and sculpt my bodies, burn fat and lose weight, 10 minutes at a time. The 10 minute traineris a great invention, you can actually get a whole workout in, uninterrupted. I also like the fact I can use the resistance bands (included in the purchase price) to work on specific muscle groups, although muscle-building is not the 10 Minute Trainer’s main focus.

You have to wonder why other home workout programs require you to spend 45 minutes to an hour working out when it obviously isn’t necessary unless you are going for a high level of fitness. These days, very few people have the time to workout and even if you do have the time, who wants to spend a whole hour doing so?  I, for one, have plenty of other, more enjoyable things to do than sit-ups.
